What is your shipping policy on original artwork?
All original artwork products are shipped within 7 business days and without a frame unless otherwise discussed. Please feel free to ask me about faster shipping options if you need an original piece of art on a deadline.
What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds on original artwork?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product I will refund you in full as long as the original artwork is returned to me in undamaged condition.
How can I find out about commissioning a piece of artwork?

Information about Prints:
All prints are high quality reproductions of original artwork by Kelsey Showalter. The prints, media, and framing are provided by a third party printer Art Storefronts Prints. We adhere to Art Storefronts Prints' shipping and return policies on printed products. I have their policies and information listed below. ^ We stock some popular sizes, produced much more quickly.
For US territories or states outside of the 48 contiguous states, please expect a few extra business days for shipping.
Note: Orders placed after 10AM EST will go into production the next business day. Please allow 1 additional day if your order placement, production date range or delivery date range falls on one of these holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. You can upgrade to priority production for $9.50, creating expedited production of your order. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.
HOW ARE YOUR FRAMES SHIPPED?
We ship our frames with a specially-designed packaging system that is superior to standard cardboard corners. The frame is bubble wrapped and bound to a cardboard suspension pad that allows two inches of space to cushion the frame within its shipping box.
Package tracking capabilities vary depending on the method of shipment. All shipments will include a trackable customs declaration form.
PRICES AND SHIPPING CHARGES
All prices are calculated in United States Dollars (USD).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within one business day of placing your order. After a business day it's possible that your order has already gone into production. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
